Sales of existing single-family homes in Florida rose 23 percent in second quarter 2009 compared to the same period a year earlier, according to the latest housing statistics from the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR). Sales of existing condominiums statewide in the second quarter rose 29 percent compared to the same time the previous year.
