Both the Tampa & Sarasota MSA's reported a 30% increase in sales for July 2009 compared to July 2008 numbers. The median sales price in Tampa was down 19% from a year ago to $143,100 and the median sales price in Sarasota was down 22% from a year ago to $179,500.
